What is a CusCon?

CusCon is the abbreviation of Custom Controller. A custom controller can control settings (EQ, gain, mute, delay) relative to the absolute value. Custom Controller controls can be applied to a single device channel, to multiple device channels and to channels across multiple devices.

Parameters that are influenced by a CusCon control are marked blue/purple. The resulting parameter value (gain, delay, etc.) is displayed next to the respective absolute value. 

In the example shown, the effective gain of the channel is less than the absolute gain setting of the channel. A CusCon gain control reduces the gain value relatively by 5 dB.
